One of the “traditions” of XBOP was to write monthly review reports each month – something that began in August 2014. The purpose of a monthly review was, at the start of each month, to reflect on the previous one. Over time, the statistical reporting and analysis has evolved such that new metrics have been added to allow for greater data analysis. As the set of data has grown over time, and enabled the natural extension of reporting metrics such as the year-on-year comparison and the three-month-moving average. As of June 2017, a peer-page dedicated to website traffic Records & Milestones has been made available for viewing.

Reading these monthly reviews offers an interesting perspective on XBOP and how it has been evolving since 2014. 2016 has seen a more rapid evolution and development of the statistical reporting and analysis. 2017 has shifted XBOP statistics into a whole new paradigm, beginning with January and the traffic sent by other websites which discovered by work on the Lifeline Whiteout game walk-through content.
